ROCA Pizza – Coming Soon
From California Pizza Kitchen’s Co-Founder Rick Rosenfield and his wife Esther comes ROCA Pizza — an elevated interpretation of Roman-style street-food pizza served “al taglio,” which translates to “by the cut”. The restaurant celebrates the Roman origin of its style of pizza (“RO”) with California inspiration (“CA”), blending creativity and a commitment to premium products sourced both locally and internationally. Starting with select organic flours, the dough is cold-fermented for up to 72 hours, then baked in an imported and highly specialized Italian oven that helps create a honeycomb texture and crisp crust with a notable crunch. Its unique character makes it especially delectable for carry-out and delivery.
ROCA Pizza will open in early 2022 with outdoor seating on the patio and carry-out/delivery available daily.
