Chateau Petrus Wine Dinner at The Draycott

The Draycott invites you on a wine tasting trip to Bordeaux (without leaving Pacific Palisades). The team is excited to welcome expert Pauline Gibert — a graduate from the Institut Supérieur du Vin de Montpellier, WSET Level 2 —  as their co-host for a multi-course meal with curated pairings from the Chateau Petrus distribution group, DuclotLA Viticole.

Originally from Nimes, Pauline spent her summers in Bordeaux, where her love story with the region’s terroir originally began. For dinner, guests can expect Chef Josh Mason’s wine-aligned dishes ranging from crispy-skinned duck and wood-fired mushroom to peak-season farmers market vegetable preparations that complement wines from some of the most prestigious Bordeaux areas.
