During this one-hour guided class and breakfast tasting, you’ll learn all the ins and outs of what makes a perfect croissant. Much like sommeliers study wine tasting, professional pastry chefs know how to look for clues when it comes to croissant baking.

Start your Saturday morning off in The Swarthmore Room with coffee or tea, then join Chef Dominique as he shares stories of his culinary journey in this intimate gathering. Enjoy a guided tasting and discover what he looks for in three of his signature viennoiseries. Indulge in Dominique Ansel Bakery’s classic croissant, a pain au chocolat, and his best-selling DKA (Dominique’s Kouign Amann), then head home with a sweet treat!

We unfortunately cannot accommodate any walk-ins or ticket requests over the phone or email. Tickets may be transferred to another individual – provide the original registrant’s name upon check-in.

Please note Dominique Ansel Bakery is not a nut-free facility. While there aren’t any nuts in the croissant, pain au chocolat, or DKA, they are made in a kitchen and with equipment where nuts are present.
