Ueki is an intimate 14-seat omakase experience located within Blue Ribbon Sushi Palisades Village. Hidden behind a handcrafted shibori curtain, the serene cedar-clad space features warm lighting, rich wood finishes and a hinoki sushi counter designed to celebrate the artistry of Japanese dining. 

Led by Sushi Chef Lee San, one of Los Angeles’ most respected sushi chefs, each multi-course tasting menu showcases pristine seafood, seasonal fish, shellfish, Japanese Wagyu and specialties from the robata grill. An expertly curated beverage program features rare and premium sake, handcrafted cocktails, fine wines and an extensive Japanese whisky collection.
