Inspired by the original SoHo restaurant created by master sushi chef Toshi Ueki and Chefs Eric and Bruce Bromberg, Blue Ribbon Sushi pairs pristine seafood sourced from Japan, local waters and beyond with warm hospitality and meticulous craftsmanship. An expanded outdoor patio invites year-round dining beneath a custom pergola, surrounded by Japanese-inspired landscaping. 

The serene setting offers a place to enjoy Japanese cuisine, featuring traditional nigiri and sashimi, chef-crafted maki rolls, seasonal specialties, premium A5 wagyu and signature favorites, complemented by a thoughtfully curated selection of sake, Japanese beer, handcrafted cocktails and wines.
