Just for Caruso Signature: Members receive complimentary parking through August 2027 upon completing their profile and linking their credit card. 

• Coming Fall 2026, Palisades Village will introduce a new ticketless parking experience. Your vehicle becomes your ticket, and you can enter and exit the parking garage without stopping. 

• Upon arrival, guests will enter their mobile phone number. Guests will then receive a text message with a link to complete their parking profile and add a payment method. Once complete, guests can exit without stopping at a pay station, with any parking fees assigned automatically to the card on file. 

• Caruso Signature members will be able to manage their parking profile and payment information through the Caruso Signature app and earn Caruso Coins with each visit.  

• Caruso Signature Members with completed parking profiles and a linked credit card will also enjoy complimentary parking through August 2027. 

Preferred pick-up & drop-off locations for Lyft are outside of elysewalker on Swarthmore Avenue and at The Park on Monument Street.

ADA-accessible parking is conveniently located on Level P1 and P2 of the self-park garage.

Charging stations are conveniently located on Level P1 of the parking structure. All charging stations use the EVGATEWAY network. In order to charge your vehicle, please download the EVGATEWAY application to your smartphone to access the network as a member or use the Pay as You Go option.

Follow the Steps to Start Charging

• Sign up to have member pricing or use Pay as You Go.
• After logging into the mobile app, add funds using credit/debit or PayPal under My Wallet.
• Once you have added funds, scan the QR code on the charger to access the charger and start charging.
• Make sure to plug in the connector (A or B), then start charging on the app to initiate the session.
• RFIDs are another easy option for using the chargers. They are available to order via the app and will be sent to your mailing address.

Cost: $3 per hour (first 4 hours) Charging period is billed in one-minute increments. Fees will be charged for the period that the vehicle is plugged in. Contact EVGATEWAY Support for any issues or help walking through the process: 949-573-5594.
