We know safety matters now more than ever.

That’s why we’ve worked hard to put together a best-in-class approach to help keep you and your loved ones safe while visiting Palisades Village.

By order of the State of California and in line with our Health & Safety Standards, face-coverings are, of course, required of all guests when visiting the property — read ahead to learn 9 other ways we’re keeping our community safe.

1. An Informed Approach

Our approach has been data-driven and informed by the medical community from the start. We have engaged with Neha Nanda, MD, Medical Director of Infection Prevention & Antimicrobial Stewardship at Keck Medicine of USC, to consult on the best practices. We are proud to have a registered nurse on staff as an Infection Preventionist to help ensure we maintain best practices at all times.

2. Complimentary Masks

This is new for everyone — forgot your face-covering at home? No problem. Head over to the Concierge desk and we’d be happy to provide you with a single-use facemask, free of charge. Our Property Ambassadors also keep masks on hands, so feel free to approach a member of our team.

3. A More Rewarding Way To Visit

We appreciate every single one of you doing your part—that’s why we want to thank you. Every day, we’ll be surprising guests following our Health & Safety Standards with gifts like: complimentary parking, Sprinkles cupcakes, iced coffee, and more. We love seeing you enjoy Palisades Village in a safe and responsible way, make sure to tag @PalisadesVillage in any social media posts and at the end of the month, we’ll pick a grand prize winner to enjoy dinner for two at Trattoria Amici.

4. Physical Distancing

Join us for a stroll down Swarthmore Avenue or for a relaxing afternoon soaking up the sun — our Physical Distancing Ambassadors and painted circles in The Park are there to gently remind you to remain a safe distance apart.

5. Cleaning

We’ve upped our game and increased the frequency of cleaning across our entire property, paying special attention to high touch-point areas like desks, countertops, doors, elevator buttons, handrails and more. All our protocols and products meet EPA-guidelines and are approved for use, and effective against, viruses, bacteria and other airborne pathogens.

6. Hand Sanitizer Stations

Contactless hand sanitizing stations are located throughout the property so you never have to go without it.

7. Regular Inspections

Your health means something to us. That’s why we work closely with the City and County Health Departments to stay up-to-date with the latest guidelines. Our property is regularly inspected to ensure we’re meeting all standards.

8. “Fit for Duty”

All Caruso employees, contractors, and workers are required to check their temperature when entering the workplace; additionally the Fit For Duty Form serves as a daily health screening and reminder of our policies.

9. Occupancy Limits

Safely stock up on all your summer essentials with conscious in-store shopping. We have worked with our retailers to ensure that we adhere to local and State occupancy limits, with visible floor-markers for queuing outside stores whenever necessary.
